About Tricia

Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, real estate has always been in my DNA. I was inspired by my father—a Chicago Firefighter, Realtor, and appraiser—whom I assisted with appraisals starting at a young age. Those early years taught me how to truly evaluate a market and understand how comparable properties drive home values.

For much of my professional life, I have operated at the intersection of marketing and property. While building my 16-year career as a licensed Real Estate Agent, I concurrently spent eight years at the Leo Burnett advertising agency. This unique overlap, combined with my experience as a selection coordinator for Flaherty Builders, allows me to market my clients' homes with a level of sophistication and technical insight few agents can match.

I believe that while elite marketing gets people through the door, honesty and integrity are what carry a deal to the finish line.
