.. As I'm writing this review, Tara and I are preparing for the holiday season with our family. This was the ultimate goal and our motivation to move back to Ohio. When we met with Matt and Kim, we explained that this was the number one reason to sell our home in Florida and move back to be with our kids and grandchildren. Matt explained in detail, the market at the time and how we should stage our home. The details of the 360 display of our home that Matt's Team completed was stunning and allowed prospective buyers a true sense of the home when viewing it remotely. We did miss the crazy home bubble a couple of years back but the market was still a target rich environment. I met Matt when he was hosting an open house. I was very impressed with him and happy that he was not pushy. I ended up making an offer on that house contingent on the sale of another house I owned. I decided that I trusted Matt to handle the buying of the new house and selling of the old house. It all worked out great - even with Covid 19 arriving before the old house sold. It was under contract in about 11 days. Matt did a great job of marketing the house I was selling. The pictures made the house look its best and aerial pictures showed off the location in Naples. Matt’s knowledge and connections made everything go smoothly. A friend decided to use Matt based on my experience to sell a condo in Ft. Myers. The condo was under contract in about a week. Matt was helpful in deciding which offer should be accepted.
