I am a full-time REALTOR® with RESIDENCE | eXp Realty based in Estero, Florida, specializing in new construction, resale homes, and relocation throughout Southwest Florida, with a strong focus on Verdana Village and Kingston.

Originally from Wisconsin, I also spent nearly 20 years in Minnesota before relocating to Southwest Florida. My own journey began with purchasing a second home in the Fort Myers area before making Florida my full-time home. Having personally navigated both second-home ownership and a permanent relocation from the Midwest, I understand the financial, logistical, and lifestyle decisions buyers face along the way.

I have also experienced living closer to the coast in Fort Myers and farther inland in Estero. That perspective, combined with my insurance background, allows me to help clients carefully evaluate flood zones, insurance considerations, storm exposure, and the overall risk profile of different locations and property types so they can make choices that align with their goals and comfort level.

As a resident of Verdana Village, I provide clients with an insider perspective on one of Southwest Florida's most sought-after communities. Whether you are considering new construction, purchasing a resale home, selling your current property, or relocating to Southwest Florida, I help you navigate the process with confidence. I also specialize in Kingston, one of the most anticipated new master-planned communities, helping buyers understand builders, floor plans, lot selections, pricing, and long-term opportunities.

While I serve buyers and sellers throughout Estero, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Naples, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities, the majority of my business is centered in Estero, where I have become a trusted resource for both buyers and sellers.

Prior to real estate, I owned a Property & Casualty Insurance Agency for more than 12 years and spent over a decade in Finance and Project Management with Fortune 500 companies. I also held mortgage licenses with State Farm Bank and Rocket Mortgage. This experience allows me to help clients evaluate the full picture—from financing and insurance to inspections, negotiations, and closing—while ensuring important details don't get overlooked along the way.

Through my YouTube channel, Living in Estero, Florida, I share community tours, local market updates, new construction information, and insights into life in Southwest Florida to help buyers make informed decisions before they move.

When I am not helping clients, you will usually find me at Orangetheory Fitness, spending time at the beach or pool, enjoying time with friends and family, or relaxing at home with my dog.
